Responsibilities

Set project management framework * Serve as Subject Matter Expert on project management by defining framework, templates, tools and systems to deliver on cost, time and quality metrics * Drive organisational capability to effectively apply the project management framework * Develop a system to measure conformance to the application of project management framework and take corrective actions, as necessary

Oversee project planning * Review the integrated project plan to ensure the delivery of time, cost and quality metrics across the project * Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews including status reports, project risk identification and other dashboards

Oversee project implementation * Review the integrated project plan to ensure the delivery of time, cost and quality metrics across the project * Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews including status reports, project risk identification and other dashboards

Oversee project implementation * Review project progress * Guide team to develop corrective actions, as needed * Develop credibility with stakeholders to deepen client relationships * Work with division and cross-divisional management and project sponsors to gain agreement and manage expectations * Guide and support team in resolving client escalations and make trade-off decisions as needed to reconcile deliverables with client objectives * Provide expert project delivery advice and guidance to team

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
• Domain knowledge in supply chain especially in SAP Material Management
• SAP Material Management knowledge will be an added advantage to manage interfaces between ERP systems and pharmacy or other logistics systems
• Excellent presentation skills
• Able to communicate issues and status clearly to different levels of business stakeholders and users
• Possess active listening skills, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with strong accountability mindset, self driven individual
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
