PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This role is responsible for planning, leading and executing key strategic initiatives and transformation projects across the business. The candidate will support Group CEO in driving operational improvements, digitalization, cross functional innovation and potentially mergers and acquisitions. The candidate will manage complex programs from concept to execution, working with internal teams, external stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic or high impact projects (e.g. in the area of waste audit, clean stream recycling, digitalization and transformative pilots). Define KPIs, track project outcomes and present project to Cora's leadership. Support corporate strategy development, feasibility studies and business case preparation for new initiatives. Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings and process enhancements across the full spectrum of the business. Engage with government agencies, technology partners, vendors and external stakeholders as required. Support the due diligence and execution of strategic mergers and acquisition projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Degree in Engineering or any other relevant fields. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Engineering field with project management or strategic roles.
