Job Description

Develop and execute the business development strategy to drive supply chain logistics market share growth and profitability in Asia. Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to refine go-to-market strategies in Asia. Undertake strategic projects on corporate development and growth at CWT HQ corporate level. Build domain knowledge of Asia region development, market conditions, and the competitive landscape. Design and implement solutions that will assist in the Group's efforts in new product/ service launches in Asia. Improve profitability through strategic procurement, and/or optimising costs by collaborating with the Group members. Assist the Senior Management Team in the day-to-day operational management and special projects in Asia, as and when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with stakeholders.
