Job Description
Job Summary:
This role reports to the VP of Global Materials to select and implement a robust what-if planning solution for all UCT manufacturing locations, serve as SAP ERP systems planning Subject Matter Expert and drive process improvements. Expectations: Immediate term (90 days or less):
- Formulate a Request for Proposal (RFP) based on requirements from stakeholders
- Drive a methodical vendor selection process
- Finalize roadmap for deployment (functionality-wise and location-wise)
Mid-term (1 year):
- Work with vendor and IT to deploy the solution as per the roadmap
- Train and certify users to maximize value
- Standardize core processes. For example:
- Weekly CTB analysis and E & O analysis
- Global Load Vs Commit and Load Vs Actual reporting
- Develop a cadence to review the monthly supply plan in support of the demand plan to review: I. Material constrains
- Level load (forecast changes)
