What the role is:Senior Manager, Talent AcquisitionThe Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment, scholarship, and employee contract management processes. This role requires a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.What you will be working on:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies by understanding the business needs to attract and retain talentsOversee the scholarship programs and publicity to attract and engage top talents through various initiativesManage the end-to-end processes for hiring and employee contract management, whilst ensuring compliance with labour laws and organisational policiesUtilize data analytics to track recruitment and scholarship metrics, identify trends, and provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiativesLead and mentor a team to ensure success in meeting organizational goalsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in leading a team to oversee talent acquisition, scholarship management, and employee contract administrationStrong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
