Since October 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large. THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the elderly and the sick, families, persons with disabilities, and children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community. Together, as ONE THKMC – Empowering the Community.
DESIGNATION : Senior Manager, Talent Management

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about designing programmes to facilitate the identification, development & management of Talents which includes succession planning, talent reviews, career development and strategic projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a talent management framework to identify and develop THKMC’s talents for succession planning & development
  • Partner THKMC’s leaders to determine talent planning & development objectives, and the design and/or implementation of initiatives such as mentoring programmes, executive development, sponsorship awards and strategic career rotations
  • Facilitates talent development discussions with senior management, including the formulation of individual development plans.
  • Manage talent reviews and succession planning processes to identify and grow the talent pool for leadership and critical roles
  • Works with business stakeholders to design/ enhance competency development frameworks and career-pathing to strengthen capability building
  • Conduct career conversations with individuals to strengthen talent engagement


QUALIFICATIONS
Job Requirements:
  • Possesses 10+ years of HR experience with a strong portfolio of work across talent management, leadership development and talent acquisition.
  • Experience in competency framework development and/or design and delivery of L&D programs will be an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Proven track record in project management and the execution with of enterprise-wide development initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical implementation
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with PowerPoint skills
