JOB DESCRIPTIONOverview of RoleAs Senior Manager, Technical Services (Singapore), you are responsible to lead a multidisciplinary team comprising of designers and engineers to evaluate, conceptualize, design, plan, procure and manage a range of asset enhancement projects. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to propose and review designs, cost, schedule, quality to meet regulatory, safety, environmental and financial requirements. While this role is based in Singapore, you will have the opportunity to be involved in overseas projects.JOB REQUIREMENTSKey Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, asset and investment teams to conduct feasibility study and technical due diligence for potential projects and to evaluate and advice on project risk and financial undertakings.
• Organize and develop project brief, design criteria, costing estimate, planning of work, and procurement for development projects and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Provide administrative and technical direction to internal and external partners such as consultants/suppliers/contractors.
• Work closely with other internal teams to execute asset plans that bring about an improved value proposition and/or achieved cost efficiency.
• Project manage the development or asset enhancement work and ensure that project schedule, quality, budget, interdisciplinary coordination, requirements and specifications are met.

Key Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering;
• Minimum of 10 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years of experience in real estate project development and management, and in asset enhancement initiatives of commercial buildings/industrial parks/mix-used developments;
• Deep knowledge in green building, M&E, materials, and cost & contract management;
• Broad knowledge of industry partners, practices, construction methods and materials, current technology and the preparation and use of contract documents in all phases of design and development;
• Candidates with Green Mark Accredited Professionals (GMAP) and Certificate in Sustainability are preferred;
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
• Ability to manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a focus on driving profitability;
• Experience in consulting or research roles in the industry with a proven track record of success in driving technical innovation and delivering value to clients will be an added advantage;
• Possess robust analytical expertise and problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying and tackling complex issues from multiple angles and crafting inventive solutions;
• Ability to anticipate and prepare for the future, based on trends and insights. Collaborating with partners to plan and navigate complex and uncertain situations.
