RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct training needs analysis in consultation with business leaders
  • Search for new training providers and evaluate and engage them for new initiatives.
  • Responsible for building organisation capabilities, both short term and long term goals and build competencies framework.
  • Develop plans and programmes in alignment to business strategies, to ensure that the right training products are available for both internal and external consumption.
  • Oversee and execute all aspects of Training and policies in the company.
  • Oversee the execution of the training & development process (Learning Needs Analysis, Total Learning Plan and training evaluation)
  • Setting up of First Aid and Resuscitation Skill Accreditation Centre accredited by SRFAC/MOH (Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council).
  • Development of lesson plan and course curriculum on traditional platform and online platform for the following SFRAC/SCDF certification courses:

1.1 BCLS+AED instructor course 1.2 BCLS+AED provider course 1.3 Standard First Aid provider course 1.4 Child First Aid Provider Course 1.5 CPR+AED provider course 1.6 Cert First Aid course 1.7 Basic First Aid course

  • Development of in-house First Aid and Resuscitation Instructor, Chief instructor, and Instructor-Trainer.
  • Setting up of Tactical Medic Course to an international standard by collaborating by USA/UK recognised training academy which is accredited by a USA/UK medical institution.
  • Development of lesson plan and course curriculum on traditional platform and online platform for the following executive tactical medical courses:

1.1 Trauma workshop for Executive Protection Operator. 1.2 \xe2\x80\x9cStop the bleeding course\xe2\x80\x9d for working in high-risk environment.

  • Application for government subsidised fundings for various SFRAC accredited courses and other bespoke courses.
  • Sourcing and Procurement of Medical and First Aid equipment for workplace and training academy.
  • Audit/review workplace First Aid procedures, medical/first aid facilities and equipment for AETOS workplace.
  • Provide consultancy on First Aid/Resuscitation/medical response to executive protection/Law enforcement\xe2\x80\x99s customer in setting up these capabilities in term of training and operational equipment.
  • Any other tasks and/or duties assigned.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA); Advance Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and/or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential would be an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience in designing and implementing training development programs.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
