Administration of private family trusts and underlying companies Liaise with clients in the process of carrying out trust administration duties Perform periodic reviews of structures in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures Liaise with bankers to open bank/investment/brokerage accounts Periodic review of due diligence policy and other policies Monitor MAS statutory filing deadlines Act as Resident Manager of the Trust Company and/or provide director services of various Singapore client entities (if required) A member of Client Acceptance Committee

Qualifications

Minimum 5 to 8 years of trust administration or relevant experience. Trust/Legal/Financial/Corporate Secretarial qualifications (STEP or Accounting preferred). Good understanding of the related regulatory policies. A team player with a can-do attitude with strong initiative and who thrives in a fast-growing organization. Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in verbal and written English is essential; Mandarin will be an advantage due to business needs
