This role will lead the global warehousing digital capability & Manhattan Active program deployment across SE DCs. The role requires engaging with GSC stakeholders in Logistics (domain, BPOs, BPRs) in general and warehousing in particularWhat will you do?Lead the global warehousing digital capability

  • Develop and own the capability map & architecture
  • Decision maker on global demands & new application assets
  • Standardize the app landscape and reduce tech debt
  • Govern & enhance the standard app catalog in collaboration with GSC
  • Proactive engagement & relationship with GSC stakeholders - logistics domain, global BPOs, regional BPRs
Global program & strategic investments
  • Participate actively in MA Active WM global deployment in DCs
  • Participate actively in MA Active WM integration & readiness to support global SAP transformation to move to cloud-based SAP from ECC
Platform Management
  • Engagement closely with DTC/GD in support model for MA Active WM & MAWM OS 2019 version
  • Act on escalations & severity 1 issue response/resolution
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • 12+ years of experience in Warehousing processes & digital applications
  • Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders & sponsors
  • Art of learning a new product and analytical skills to learn configuration to design new solution
  • Greenfield global technology program deployment in 3+ countries/large sites, hands-on technical experience in mandatory
  • Strong fundamental grasp of enterprise technologies & SaaS paradigms
  • Experience with playing critical technology & leadership roles in large and complex program teams
  • Knowledge & understanding of Warehousing processes.
  • Thriving in multi-cultural global teams
