What the role is:

As part of the Compliance Policy & Analytics Department (CPAD) team, you will play an integral role in strengthening the AML/CFT compliance framework for Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) through effective inspection programmes and supervisory engagement. What you will be working on:

• Plan and execute risk-based inspections of CSPs to assess compliance with AML/CFT requirements o Develop and maintain inspection procedures and tools to enhance the effectiveness of supervisory activities o Analyse inspection findings to identify trends and emerging risks in the CSP sector o Supervise and guide officers in conducting inspections and preparing inspection reports o Contribute to the development of supervisory policies and guidelines for the CSP sector o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the AML/CFT framework o Design and deliver outreach programmes to promote compliance awareness among CSPs

What we are looking for:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, supervision, or professional services o Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements o Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results o Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders o Professional qualification in relevant fields such as Law, Accountancy, or Business o Experience in conducting regulatory inspections or audits would be an advantage
