Job Description

What you will be working on:

• Drive the evolution of financial data collection and consumption o Be part of the team to continuously digitalise the financial reporting value chain through various initiatives o Engage local and international stakeholders to build ACRA's brand and profile, and matters relating to collection and consumption of financial data o Facilitate companies' preparation, filing and consumption of XBRL financial statements o Responsible for BizFinx system and operations, and drive enhancements to resolve operational issues and increase efficiency and effectiveness o Play a support role in administering reliefs from financial reporting requirements and NOE applications to rectify defective accounts, and conduct the relevant enforcement against non-compliant companies and/or directors o Initiate or participate in any other systems-related or financial reporting-related initiatives o Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

What we are looking for:

• Professional Qualification in Accountancy/IT would be preferred o Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role o Good project management skills and the ability to take initiative o Passion for system and operations work, and keen to acquire new skillsets such as XBRL technology, design thinking, data science and UI/UX design o Meticulous with excellent analytical skills. Able to identify and mitigate risk areas relating to system implementation o Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills o Strong interpersonal skills; able to deal with the various stakeholders of the financial reporting eco system
