• Develop and implement key strategies to shape and develop the community mental health ecosystem under the Community Mental Health Masterplan
• Develop and manage strategic collaborations with government agencies including but not limited to MOH, MSF, Regional Health Systems, Primary Care and Community Care partners for capability building of the mental health ecosystem and strengthen the local ecosystem to build resiliency
• Drive sustainable engagement with the Regional Health Systems, restructured hospitals, polyclinics, GPs and community partners to build the health and social integration of community mental health services
• Plan, develop, implement, monitor and review community mental health programmes, including enablers such as funding and processes to support the development of the community health ecosystem
• Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities, to co-create solutions to overcome the barriers

Job Requirements

• Degree with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, and familiar with multi-agency work/healthcare industry
• Experience in community development and multi-agency work in healthcare/social care industry would be an advantage
• Possess strong organizations skills and effective project management skills in managing multiple projects concurrently
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
• Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment
• Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and manage individual differences
