We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in social cohesion and socio-religious issues.What you will be working on:You will be directly responsible for developing policy frameworks, review policies and programmes in matters relating to race, religion, integration and culture building. This includes working with various government and non-government agencies for comprehensive and holistic analyses and evaluations of issues. Your responsibilities include the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide policy direction to drive the efforts in encouraging pro-social values, norms and behaviours to strengthen our civic culture of consideration, care and contribution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research and projects with the aim to build a caring, cohesive and resilient community.What we are looking for:Experiences: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 to 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Competencies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and oral communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to demonstrate socio-political sensitivity and objectivity when formulating/developing policies and programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to engage and build relationships and networks with diverse stakeholders at all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and research skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically. Personality Traits: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a team and independently.
