What the role is:You will be part of the Corporate Human Resource team driving Workforce Planning, Career Transition, Manpower Budgeting, HR Analytics, HR Data Governance, as well as HR Business Partnering, to cultivate a motivated workforce and enhance organisational performance. As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance to business units, and acting as employee champion.What you will be working on:Your responsibilities include, but is not limited to, the following: - Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and resourcing - Advise business units and resolve complex employee relations issues, improve work relationships and morale, attract and retain valued employees - Deploy HR analytics tools to identify and forecast workforce trends and maintain the HR Dashboard - Analyse trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programmes and policies - Identify training needs for business units and individualsWhat we are looking for:- At least 5 years of HR practitioner experience with in-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Independent, resourceful, resilient, adaptable and open to take on challenges - Ability to use appropriate tools (e.g. RPA, python, macros) to streamline work processes and reduce manual efforts would be advantageous.About VITAL:Looking to make an impact in your career?
