Job Description

What the role is:
You will be part of a team that regulates the real estate agency industry, through enforcing the licensing regime, and investigating into the action of the Estate Agents/Real Estate Salespersons (EAs/RESs).
What you will be working on:
You will put up investigation papers for enforcement actions to be taken against the parties found to have breached the Estate Agents Act and its subsidiary legislations. Part of your duties will include the conduct of proactive scans, inspections and surveillance checks, as well as the management of feedback/complaints.
What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in law enforcement agencies. o Relevant experience in digital forensics investigation. o Logical and sound analytical skills. o Strong investigative skills such as interviewing and gathering of evidence. o Not bound to office. Officer expected to work outfield. o Good writing and communication skills. o Work effectively both independently and in teams.
