What the role is:As a member of the Policy and Strategy Department within the Grants Division, your role involves developing and reviewing grantmaking strategies and policies, evaluating their impact, and leading the dissemination of knowledge to enhance stakeholder capabilities.What you will be working on:As a member of the Policy and Strategy Department within the Grants Division, you will be involved in the following:Develop and review strategies and policies related to grantmaking to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. This includes conducting comprehensive environment scans and in-depth research, gathering stakeholder input, and analysing data to inform the development of effective grantmaking strategies and policies. This involves delving into various external factors to identify opportunities for Tote Board\'s grants to create meaningful impact.Evaluate the impact of existing strategies and policies, identify areas for improvement, and recommend adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of Tote Board\'s grantmaking strategies and policies. This includes developing and reviewing the performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress against goals and objectives.Lead the dissemination of knowledge and insights to enhance the capabilities of both internal and external stakeholders.
