Brokering and facilitating fundraising and engagement partnerships with corporate accounts from the public sector, education, healthcare and community organisations.
Deepening existing partnerships and donation support from corporate accounts
Planning, organising and enhancing cause-based fundraising initiatives with corporate partners.
Working with various business units within NCSS to develop fund raising and engagement strategies via a data-driven approach in achieving Community Chest\xe2\x80\x99s fundraising commitment.
[What you will be working on]
1. Perform relationship and engagement functions to achieve fundraising targets through all existing donation platforms (e.g., outright donations and SHARE programme, engagement activities, fundraising events etc.) for respective sectors and specific accounts with supervision from Head of Department (HOD). 2. Strengthen the engagement and relationship with existing donors through regular and robust donor stewardship to enhance donor experience to promote continued support. 3. Manage, measure and be accountable for the annual KPIs assigned by HOD, and enable the achievement of NCSS\xe2\x80\x99s goals, including participation in events and programmes. 4. Cultivate and build up relationship with potential new donors by strategising the approach and implementation plan, in consultation with HOD. 5. Cultivate positive working relationships with internal stakeholders within NCSS in achieving philanthropy and engagement outcomes. 6. Propose new fundraising strategies and approaches, or develop new initiatives and products, for consideration by Management. 7. Work closely with the Experiential Fundraising Team to enhance donor engagement by leveraging Community Chest signature events.
8. Participate and support department/division events and programmes, both internal and external. 9. Exercise compliance of integrity in matters of people, processes, procurement and relationships (vendors, suppliers, partners etc.) 10. Any other duties as assigned by HOD that are aligned to Community Chest\xe2\x80\x99s strategic purposes. Note: This position may require candidate to carry out regular presentations and engage a variety of audience profiles.
