Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement place-making strategies that align with the stadium\xe2\x80\x99s vision and objectives.
• Identify and foster partnerships with local artists, cultural institutions, and community organizations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, and sponsors to ensure ongoing support and engagement with the stadium museum..
• Manage museum operations including visitor services, collection management, restoration, and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and materials that effectively communicate the museum\'s value and impact.
• Curate and oversee exhibitions and arts programs that showcase the community\xe2\x80\x99s cultural diversity.
• Conduct engaging stadium tours for diverse audiences including schools, community groups, and tourists.
• Develop and execute educational outreach programs to enhance community engagement and promote local heritage.
• Create educational resources and programs to enrich visitor experiences and foster cultural appreciation.
• Monitor and analyze marketing and partnership metrics to optimize strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of place-making projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while meeting high standards of quality and community impact

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in arts, urban planning, museum studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a talent for developing impactful cultural initiatives.
• Strong grasp of place-making principles, public art, and community engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring diverse audiences.
• Passion for engaging with the community on arts, culture, and heritage topics.
• Previous experience in arts and heritage-related projects in Singapore, event management, or tour coordination.
• Solid project management abilities including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Leadership and team management skills, proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams.
