What the role is:You will provide support for Campaigns and Production Department (CPD)\'s marketing communications campaigns and procurement procedures for the Creative Services Period Contract and Framework Agreement (CS PCFA).What you will be working on:Your job responsibilities include: Marketing Campaigns - Manage appointed creative agencies and/or production houses to produce and execute marketing communications campaigns. - Work with media agencies to implement media buying plans and track the performance of media efforts. - Work with research agencies to study the effectiveness of marketing efforts in terms of awareness, message recall, shifts in attitudes, sentiments etc - Collaborate with suitable content creators or influencers, which include developing campaign briefs on project requirements, key messaging house, vetting of scripts and video drafts, and post-campaign performance reporting. - Work with events companies to plan and execute ground activations and events to engage members of the public. Creative Services PCFA: - Provide support on administrative matters, e.g. EPPU status checks on tenderers, data entry, etc. - Liaise with tenderers on clarifications on their tender bids. - Work with the external consultant to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation calculations and scoring. - Prepare the necessary documentation, including, but not limited to, submissions for internal clearance, for the appointment of the contractors to the PCFA panel.What we are looking for:- At least 2 years\' experience in a marketing, communications or events - Resourceful, self-motivated and willing to learn - Strong team player with good interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment - Good attention to detail and numeracy Please note that this is a 1-year contract position.
