Core Duties:
1) Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control.
2) Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program, and Tool/Gauge plan with Siemens NX.
3) Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment.
4) Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback.
5) Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion.
6) Initiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and its related processes.
7) Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs.
8) Put up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX).
9) Shopfloor Support Andon Rectification, SRR/PPM Reduction, Real Time Problem Resolution, Machine Utilization
10) Transition Project
11) Business Units New Product Development
12) Incorporating Engineering Change
13) Non Product Improvement Support (Toolings/Expenses)
