Job Description

Responsibilities: Partner with the Global team to oversee manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly sequence, and quality. Resolving daily operation issues in equipment manufacturing, through collaboration with a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Achieve daily targets on product delivery to global customers in alignment with engineering strategies, production schedules, quality and safety standards. Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues by provide Preventive & Corrective solutions. Define and create procedures such as work instructions, test procedures, inspection checklists according to material and specifications. Drive solutions for the suppliers, contract manufacturing, and internal manufacturing by liaising with cross functional teams. Lead the execution of continuous improvement projects on quality, cost, capacity, and efficiency enhancement with cross functional teams. Deliver tooling and test equipment according to product requirements by meeting manufacturing efficiency and customer quality.Requirements: Min Degree in any Engineering. Min 3 years of working in a manufacturing environment with hands-on engagement on manufacturing and productivity activities. Background in Quality or engineering roles in equipment assembly and test will be preferred. Knowledge in material fabrication processes, component installation, sub-assembly and final assembly integration. Understanding on Bill of Material structure and revision changes Experience in working and interfacing with cross functional teams. Familiar with operational tools such as Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, 6-sigma, Cpk, GR&R and SPC. Experience in New Product or technology transfer will be a plus.
