In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Optimizes manufacturing process, such as process flow, equipment or fixture for continuous improvement.
• Improvement of manufacturing processes on safety & quality while reducing throughput time and production costs.
• Provides support to new product launch / transfer and review product design.
• Leads and/or participates in development, training, documentation and validation activities for New Product Launch or Technology transfers.
• Fixes Process-related issues in the production process and investigate and determine corrective actions for customer complaints and quality non-compliances.
• Applies Lean/Six Sigma, Statistical tools and other problem-solving methodologies in resolving manufacturing issues, improve yield and reduce scrap.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Hands-on mentality, sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
• Great teammate, good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Experienced in leading Automation and/or Lean projects and/or knowledge in LabVIEW/Power Automate is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 4 years of work experience implementing automation solutions for the production line.
• Competence in the use of design software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Pro-E, etc.
• Good team oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience/Interested in PLC, LabVIEW, SQL Programming, Knowledge in Lean techniques, Six Sigma and Process improvement tools or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent is a plus.
