Supervise production personnel and prepare production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.
Carry-out an efficient production, delivery product in time and in quality manner.
Be part of all troubleshooting and improvement process of the plant.
Day to day management (handover and takeover) of the technicians (both production process and packaging).
Lead on deviation and root cause investigations
Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables and observing control points and equipment.
Participation and contribution in Quality Management System (QMS) such as GMP and other Quality standards, creation of standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and records/forms, In-Process Control (IPC) analysis, deviation and CAPA management.
Responsible to facilitate the review of Manufacturing Batch Record and Packaging Batch Record.
Manages SAP in terms of batch closure, inventory, purchase requisition, work orders and other related activities
Involved in process validation, cleaning validation and support operations to ensure compliant validation output
To be able to implement cost reductions and develop or amend reporting procedures and systems (SOP / WI).
Ensure operation of equipment by coordinating maintenance for any repairs.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
At least 5 working years\' experience in a process plant with supervisory experience.
