We are seeking a highly motivated and enterprising individual who will be the Finance Business Partner to Asia\xe2\x80\x99s Outsourced Manufacturing operations leadership team. The individual will provide comprehensive financial support for outsourced manufacturing operations and work across multiple Business Groups and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Financial Business Partner to TEBG, SIBG and CBG Outsourced Manufacturing business team to provide financial support and control to deliver operational excellence.

Support outsourced manufacturing business teams through annual operating plan, monthly forecasting and monthly financial results review processes.

Ensure key financial performance metrics are monitored and deviations highlighted, and corrective actions implemented to deliver financial results.

Perform unit costs update and pro-actively communicate to the stakeholders and/or division and purchasing subsidiaries.

New project investment ROI analysis and other adhoc financial analysis and reporting.

Ensure compliance with 3M\xe2\x80\x99s Global Financial Standards and address audit queries.

Standardize manufacturing and supply chain reporting across Asia pacific countries and Plants to ensure consistency in metrics to drive productivity improvements.

Reporting to: Asia Pacific Plant Ops Finance leader

Skills and Expertise:

Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 5-7 years in MNC environment.

Business finance and /or manufacturing finance experience is preferred, experience working with cross functional teams.

SAP accounting system knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Power BI.

Sound knowledge of accounting principles, US GAAP, SOX and financial reporting standards.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issues.

Able to work independently and balance multiple competing deadlines.
