Ensure vessel compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, and international maritime regulations
Support shipboard staff in safety, navigation, and operational matters
Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Liaise with Masters, port authorities, class societies, and internal departments
Monitor vessel performance and assist in emergency response coordination
Requirements:
Master Mariner (CoC Class 1) or Chief Officer with relevant shore-based experience
Strong understanding of safety management systems and maritime legislation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Previous superintendent experience preferred
