Senior Market Manager (Regional Chains - Singapore)

The Senior Market Manager\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility is to have ownership and revenue accountability for a portfolio of partners. A person who can develop and grow relationships with executives and partners as well as collaborate, communicate and influence Expedia teams to execute and deliver.

What you\'ll do:

Exceed major market management critical metrics for key regional chain portfolio

Identify key strategic growth levers and opportunities to help partners grow their business, increase revenue and shift share across destination portfolio

Lead key updates with critical teams

Initiate and orchestrate market management growth initiatives, driving partner growth across market/destination portfolio, working with global, regional and local partners

Understand and implement creative and sophisticated deals and financial models

Initiate and coordinate contract renewals in close partnership with market management and LSP (Lodging Strategic Partners)

Day-to-day internal and external relationship management, including senior-most executive and operational levels

Establish close interaction with key partners\' teams including regular HQ and market visits

Develop positive relationship with internal partners to drive growth initiatives execution, strategic partner plan implementation and new business opportunities

Who you are:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree; or equivalent related professional experience

4-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience

Proficient in English language and other relevant language skills

Strong project management skills

Proficiency with Project Management and CRM tools (Microsoft Project and Salesforce). Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Finds opportunities of growth, and collaborates in a constructive and consultative manner

Laser-focus on achieving a variety of important metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by leadership team

High impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, standout colleague

Results-oriented, motivated and willing to take action

Highly developed organization and time leadership skills, attention to details

Steadfastly works to meet or exceed results-oriented goals; derives happiness from goal achievement and continuous improvement

Provide ongoing input to Senior management and contribute to cross functional Expedia business initiatives to proactively anticipate market impact and craft optimized roll out plans

Excellent customer service and sincere relationship-building ethic, strong social intelligence; earns the confidence of others; bridges and sustains solid partnerships based on mutual support through a collaborative style

Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Able to represent Expedia in local markets, build Expedia\xe2\x80\x99s company profile with key influencers (e.g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.) and provide expertise to the local industry

Knowledge of hospitality and technology industries highly desirable

Ability to travel up to 25-50%
