Bunge has global leadership position in oilseeds crush and feed/food grains value chains and Asia is one of the most critical markets for Bunge for securing the optimal footprints and markets access to maximize the plant capacity utilization, trading and merchandising opportunities and end to end value capture from origins to destination markets.
The role incumbent will assist the corn commercial team in managing corn business in Asia, with specific focus on pipeline execution management, business intelligence and demand analysis.
The role will be will actively partner with local marketing offices, freight, logistics, trade execution and other functions to ensure smooth and efficient execution management of sales and operations.
Main Accountabilities
Trading Analytics for Asia Distribution

• Assist corn commercial team to produce and update analytical data on customer metrics, P&L drivers, and logistics metrics.
• Compile Asia sales data for VC reviews
• Distribute a daily / weekly / month to date sales dashboard of Asia activity (corn)

Corn Trade Admin

• Timely and accurately report risk position changes, work closely with Geneva on any position related matters and daily reconciliation of cash/futures/freight activity.
• Liaising with buyer on the final price confirmation/contract future rolling/futures reallocation.
• Updating Position/P&L file and distribute daily position report of Asia corn program
• Assist month end closing procedures, produce reports needed to identify P&L drivers. Work closely with Geneva and FP&A on result reconciliation.

Assist Malaysia lead on admin/logistics tasks

• Distribute daily information for contract entry and checking off contracts
• Update daily the Malaysia position and logistics program
• Work with accounting for Malaysia month end closing. Oversee all the entires from execution, logistic and contracts to ensure and smooth month end closing.
• Follow up with Malaysia execution efficiency data on dem/des, shrinkage etc.

Requirement

• Relevant Industry experience of 1-3years
• Graduate qualification from reputed institution
• Professional certification in international trade and supply chain management (desired)
