We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content creation, social media, and brand development. This role will also be responsible for managing our website and organising company events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content and social media marketing strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with branding
Plan and coordinate marketing events, including virtual and physical events, trade shows, and product launches
Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute marketing materials that reflect the company's branding and voice
Analyse and report on marketing performance metrics to optimise future campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
Solid understanding of social media platforms and content marketing best practices
Experience in website management (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms)
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Experience in event planning and coordination
