Job Responsibilities:

Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
Research venues, suppliers & contractors; negotiate prices and hire
Responsible for the planning and execution of each event until the end, to ensure the smooth completion of each project
Responsible for establishing and improving the relevant system and process of event
Communicate closely with appointed agencies, printers and external vendors and ensure project timelines are met
Conceptualize design briefs and work with designers to develop marketing collaterals, including but not limited to - product fact sheets, brochures, and promotional posters
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
