Assisting our client to look for Marketing Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Formulate and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with the company\'s objectives and target audience.
Generate and curate content tailored for various social media platforms, encompassing posts, stories, and visuals.
Supervise the day-to-day administration of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, upholding a positive brand image.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor social media performance, make data-driven decisions, and enhance strategies for increased engagement and reach.
Create and update content for the website and social media platforms.
Public Relations (PR) and Media Relations:
Develop PR materials, including press releases, media kits, and pitches, for distribution to the media.
Lead PR initiatives to bolster the company\'s public image and reputation.
Plan and execute PR campaigns, encompassing press releases, media pitches, and crisis communication strategies.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key media contacts and outlets to secure press coverage.
Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media appearances for the company.
Monitor news coverage and company mentions, proactively addressing any negative or detrimental information.
Manage marketing inventory for communication materials, including social media, print, and merchandising.
Collaboration:
Aid in the development of marketing collateral by collaborating with in-house designers and external agencies, overseeing the design and production of materials for marketing, POSM, traditional and digital media content, PR publicity, and advertisements.
Drive performance for one of the company\'s brands to meet objectives.
Coordinate with mall management regarding mall activities and advertising channels.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to oversee communication, promotional activities, and marketing execution.
Others:
Manage third-party online delivery platforms.
Oversee the POS system, including menu and price changes.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
At least 3 Years of working experience in F&B / Retail industry
Able to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
Prior experience working in Marketing Agency preferred
Proficient in Adobe PS / AI will be added advantages
May require to work during weekend or Public holiday for promotion events
