This is a 6 months contract role and position holder is required to support the marketing activities in Singapore for Tumi.
Job Duties:-
Report to TUMI General Manager, SEA and Regional Marketing Director, Asia Pacific & Middle East
Develop & execute marketing plan and strategy, set up clear and quantifiable KPI by working closely with Regional Marketing team to devise integrated, creative and appropriate marketing activities.
Plan and execute ATL and BTL, online & social media, CRM & PR marketing promotions, events, and retail marketing etc. to enhance brand exposure and maximize sales
Build strategic relationships with shopping malls and business partners to explore collaboration such as events and promotion
Manage the marketing launch calendar, ensure all counterparts align and roll out as per the timeline, eg. VM, digital & social and PR, etc
Amplify global and regional assets with local adaptation, responsible to gatekeep all artworks development and marketing collaterals production to ensure alignment with brand guideline
Work closely with PR agency to optimize PR coverages and social exposures
Responsible to develop and maintain brand relationship with KOLs and Media partners
Plan and execute member recruitment / engagement event and partnership program (Idea generation, Invitation, RSVP, post event research) for achieving business objectives
Support execution of the CRM Program, e.g. member acquisition, member engagement and member retention projects
Collaborate effectively with Regional Marketing and local VM team to consistently arrange appropriate visuals and materials for all POS
Work closely with the VM team on marketing theme or assets deployment according to the brand guideline and standard
Work closely with the Digital & Ecommerce Manager to plan for social media calendar and content development
Manage seasonal press samples inventory and logistic coordination.
Liaise with internal business units and external parties including but not limited to vendors, agencies to ensure prompt delivery of quality services
Plan, monitor and evaluate marketing budget is properly and effectively allocate
Prepare regular reports including the summarized monthly Market & PR and Event report
Job Requirements:-
A Degree holder preferably in marketing, communication or related disciplines.
Fluent communication.
A minimum of 3 years\' solid experience in marketing & PR management and preferrably in consumer/product marketing field in Singapore.
Able to work independently with strong market sense, energetic, well-organized, hardworking, and capable of keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
Knowledge in online and offline media buy focusing on top funnel is an advantage.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and a robust network of contacts within the industry, particularly with PR, offline and online media buy agency.
Good team player, self-motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasking, capable in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
MS Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc). Operational knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is helpful.
Travel is required if necessary.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
