Job Highlights Be part of an exciting and vibrant Schools Group Professional development & learning opportunities to employees Transform your talents & efforts into vibrant & rewarding careers Reporting to the Head of Camp Asia, the Senior Marketing Executive/ Marketing Executive is the key person in charge of executing Camp Asia marketing campaigns. He/She is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimisation process. It is therefore essential that he/she has hands-on experience using various marketing channels through close partnerships with agencies and internal teams, and other stakeholders. The central goal is to help grow Camp Asia's influence regionally while also increasing conversion, brand loyalty and awareness. Website: Responsibilities: Marketing Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution Build strategic relationships and partner with Cognita Schools' Marketing / Communications teams across Asia, key industry players, agencies and vendors Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing activities including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns Produce valuable and engaging content for Camp Asia social media platforms Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance Work with Head of Camp Asia to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Oversee marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Logistical administrative support during camps Provide logistical administrative support during camps Ensuring EDMs are sent on a weekly basis during holiday programs Liaising and overseeing photo/videography during camp programs and other forms of media updates throughout the year Manage the promotion and execution of camp events internally and externally e.g. expat fairs Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Business or equivalent At least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience candidates without prior experience may be considered (training will be provided) Fluent in Microsoft Office software Excellent knowledge of principles, and practices of leisure administration, marketing and PR In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, EDM systems, Webpage CMS platforms, and data analytics Outstanding communication skills in English - both spoken and written Passion for writing and creativity to create original web and social media content Up to date on the latest marketing trends, best practices and technologies Highly organised and able to manage multiple partner's marketing and communications needs Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with schools and administrative staff Proactive attitude, organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle tight deadlines Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment Working Conditions & Terms of Employment: Office environment during 'non-camp' seasons School environment during school holidays for 'camp' seasons (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter camps) Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday Working Hours during 'camp' seasons: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (up to 16 weeks throughout the year) Reference Checks: Required Background Checks: Required Safeguarding The job holder's responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young person's for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School's Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head of School or indeed to the Regional CEO or Safeguarding Manager - Asia so that a referral can be made accordingly to the statutory services.
