Job Description

The Senior Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager in planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across the hotel, restaurant, and social spaces. The Assistant Marketing Manager operates at the intersection of strategy and execution -- helping shape marketing direction while managing day-to-day campaign activities to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth.





ACCOUNTABILITIES:



Supports Marketing Manager in content creation and key marketing initiatives across a variety of channels and vehicles - internal, external, online and offline campaigns and events. Plan, execute and monitor social media calendar to strengthen social media presence (FB and IG) which includes repurposing content across our social channels. Launch optimised online ads to improve web traffic and drive conversions in Google ads, Facebook, and any other paid digital channels. Postmortem on key marketing campaign performance, ongoing competitor analysis and reporting of market trends/best practices/feedback. Design and dissemination of monthly EDMs which includes maintenance of database. Design and development of marketing collaterals - in alignment with brand guidelines. Update and maintain website content to ensure integrity, accuracy and fit. Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all marketing collaterals/initiatives are executed and launched in an organized and timely manner. Host and support media/influencer engagements, plan visits and events to amplify brand presence. Execute integrated campaigns (digital ads, email, print, outdoor) in partnership with agencies and cross-functional teams. Manage media relations - prepare press kits, track coverage, and report media performance. Coordinate event marketing logistics: support planning and onsite activation for promotions and guest experiences. Oversee vendor and agency performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand and campaign standards. Other day-to-day responsibilities will include administrative duties, addressing enquiries and reviews on digital platform and other ad hoc duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline At least 2 years of marketing experience in service or digital agency preferred Experience in design for newsletter and collaterals Experience in Mailchimp Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics) is preferred Familiarity with current digital trends and digital marketing channels is preferred
