Marketing Executives needed for a major MNC in the Optics and Imaging Industry!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Asia\'s marketing communications, including digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and personalize experiences on The Company\'s Asia websites on a daily basis.
• Develop and implement social media content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with agencies to create engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage relationships with social media influencers and Nikon Creators for co-marketing campaigns.
• Utilize social media analytics to measure performance, provide recommendations, and improve ROI.
• Build an engaged brand community on social media channels and Nikon\'s database.
• Handle collation and distribution of assets while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage product demo and samples inventory.
• Assist in monitoring A&P expenses on a regular basis.
• Support day-to-day operations and local team requests.

Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Marketing or relevant Communications program.
• Have at least 5 years of consumer industry experience, including 2 years in an MNC environment.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing digital and social platforms.
• Contribute to an integrated communication framework with other departments and local teams.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Be highly organized and focused on delivering quality work.
• Show maturity, drive, initiative, and good team spirit with intercultural understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
