Position purpose
The Senior Marketing Executive will drive brand awareness and business growth through strategic 360 marketing initiatives across digital, social media, PR, CRM, consumer-facing in-store activations and events. This role involves planning and executing campaigns for brand(s) and collection launches from inception to completion, analysing market and consumer trends, collaborating with internal teams and brand partners to optimise marketing performance, seeking out partnership opportunities to reach a wider pool of potential shoppers, and constantly pushing the envelope through discovering and exploring new ways of doing things. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, self-starting and motivated marketing professional with strong project management skills and possesses a passion for luxury beauty.
