Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Marketing Manager for Advanced Ablation within our Biosense Webster business, located in Asia Pacific.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business in a growing market. The cardiac ablation market is evolving in Asia Pacific and this role enables you to be on the forefront of technology with the market leader in cardiac electrophysiology.

Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is taking part in the APAC Regional Marketing team, leading activities that drive the penetration of Biosense Webster products and technologies in the AFIB and EP markets in APAC, with special focus on the Advanced Ablation Catheters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, develop, and execution of our Advanced Ablation Portfolio, including Pulsed Field Ablation, activities in APAC.
1. Lead Advanced Ablation strategic planning and development for APAC

2. Build and lead a cross-functional team (including regulatory, clinical, finance, education, GSM, HEMA, Medical Affairs, in market commercial & marketing leads) to accelerate market access and the adoption of Biosense Webster Advanced Ablation products.

3. Contribute to the overall BW regional strategy development.
  • Coordinate the commercial readiness of the Advanced Ablation portfolio for APAC and increase NPI speed to market.
1. Understand the regulatory, reimbursement and product special access pathways of the APAC markets to develop plans.

2. Aid in the acceleration of the regulatory, reimbursement, and market access pathways to bring Advanced Ablation products to market.
  • Use the LEX product launch framework and consult with key launch partners to enhance Advanced Ablation launch opportunities.
1. Partner with GSM and EMEA Advanced Ablation counterparts for the transfer of success models (TSM) and strategies/tactics to the APAC region to grow BW Advanced Ablation adoption and sales.

2. Assist in-country marketers on the development Advanced Ablation strategies in each APAC market.

3. Work with global, regional, and market supply chain leads to ensure accurate forecast and timely product supply.
  • Market intelligence
1. Research, analyze and communicate competitor activities in the region.

2. Partner with strategic insights and analysis team on market data

3. Partner with GSM and EMEA teams to share market and competitive intelligence.
  • Sales/Clinical education and engagement
1. Work with regional and in-country education teams to develop internal and external education programs.

2. Contribute to the development of regional programs to increase the competency of our clinical, sales and marketing teams.

3. Aid in the execution of in-market education programs.
  • Customer engagement (internal/external)
1. Establish and develop relationships with key BW KOLs with China, Japan and other markets in Asia Pacific.

2. Ensure appropriate KOL relationship management segmentation across regional and country marketing teams. Ensure representation of Asia Pacific customer needs in product development pipeline of the Advanced Ablation portfolio.

3. Raise the internal profile of APAC markets to aid in early access, product development and clinical studies.

4. Lead APAC Advanced Ablation Ad Board, HTC, and VOC projects.

5. Lead regional Advanced Ablation product development projects.
  • Support local marketing teams with marketing plans and execution
1. Provide experienced product knowledge and marketing support.

2. Ongoing optimization of the product launch process in each market to continually improve the time to market for new product and the execution of launches. Education:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing
  • MBA preferred
Experience and Skills:

Required:
  • 8-10 years relevant work experience
  • Previous sales and marketing experience in cardiac electrophysiology
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Proven track record in implementing and delivering results.
  • Ability to connect and build partnerships with key team members in different environments and markets.
  • Determined leader with proven success in leading projects and strategy.
Other:
  • Travel percentage - 20% international
