Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors - called delivery partners - to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to onboard, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more. The approach and technology are nothing short of disruptive, and promise to challenge traditional approaches, and change the way the industry operates.
We are seeking a self-motivated, data-driven, and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for Amazon Flex Singapore. This role is responsible for leading a small team of marketers in the end to end management of the Amazon Flex Singapore marketing funnel. This includes development of the Amazon Flex Singapore brand awareness and delivery partner acquisition strategy, including ownership of a multi-million dollar marketing budget to be allocated across performance marketing, brand growth efforts and offline media campaigns. In addition, this role is responsible for increasing delivery partner conversion and activation via our app-based onboarding process, working closely with stakeholders across tech, data science and data analytics to do so. Finally, the role oversees the delivery partner communications strategy in Singapore across all channels, including website, email, push notifications, SMS and in-app newsfeed and learning content, as well as the development and deployment of go-to-market plans for key new feature and product launches.
This is a highly visible role and is inherently cross-functional; this leader will create and manage initiatives working closely with stakeholders across central marketing, legal, PR, employee relations, technology, product, operations, finance and leadership across Amazon\'s Last Mile organization. The right candidate has experience in results-driven marketing, an unbridled passion for technology, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The leader will thrive amidst ambiguity, be capable of regularly making high judgement decisions, and be an inspirational and customer obsessed leader. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, team oriented, and have proven track record of leading the marketing function, effectively managing marketing budgets, and growing their brand\'s presence in order to cost effectively achieve customer acquisition and conversion goals. They will be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a changing and fast-growing environment. Their focus will be on deep diving existing metrics and providing data driven recommendations and marketing plans in order to achieve wider business goals.
