Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our fantastic team and drive growth in the APAC region.As part of the International Marketing team, you will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of our APAC marketing programme. You\xe2\x80\x99ll get to work with a passionate and driven team and will have the opportunity to really influence how we drive new business while making sure we take care of our existing customers. Responsibilities:Strategy

  • You will partner with regional and Marketing leadership, team members and external agencies to develop and implement integrated marketing and communication programmes that align with overall Marketing and business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities in the APAC market
  • Maintain and apply in-depth knowledge of current and developing industry and marketing trends and local market developments
  • Identify key target audiences and create segmented and multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach and engage them effectively
Planning and Execution
  • Create detailed marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, and defined success measures
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in budget and results are analysed and shared as appropriate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital advertising and content marketing to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Utilise marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor lead flow, lead distribution, and conversion rates to ensure attainment of targets
Communications:
  • Generate engaging and innovative content across all channels (website, blogs, social media, email, other collateral, and branded materials) to differentiate HireRight as a market leader in APAC
  • Produce compelling content that drives engagement and conversions and is tailored to different stages of the customer journey
Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and outcomes and adjust strategies as needed, sharing outcomes and recommendations with regional and marketing leadership and team members
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
  • Collaborate with business leaders and teams across regions and functions to drive business and marketing needs
Qualifications:Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience:
  • 5-7 years\' experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including online and offline lead generation, content, and communications programs in B2B enterprise organizations
  • Familiarity with planning and delivering local marketing tactics across multiple countries in APAC
  • Proven work experience in writing digital and customer-facing content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track-record of success in partnering with Sales for common goals
  • Strong relationship management skills and thrive in customer-facing opportunities
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
  • Understands marketing metrics and digital campaign tactics including but not limited to SEO and targeting
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems, email automation, and customer relationship management systems (especially Salesforce Pardot, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing several initiatives together
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative
  • Occasional international travel may be required
