Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies:
o Identify and prioritize key events in the APAC region.
o Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to define event objectives and target audience.
o Oversee event budgeting, logistics, and vendor management.
o Design engaging and effective marketing collateral pre- and post-event.Lead a high-performing events marketing team:
o Provide coaching and mentorship to event marketing managers and specialists.
o Delegate tasks and ensure smooth project execution.
o Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
