As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the right hand to the CMO and a leader within the marketing team. You will own and execute core marketing initiatives spanning
product marketing, PR, events, content, collateral, and campaigns
, while managing a small but growing team. We're looking for a
full-stack marketer
who can balance strategy and execution, someone equally comfortable building messaging frameworks as they are rolling up their sleeves to deliver demos, videos, and day-to-day marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing:
Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Partner with product and sales to ensure market alignment and support launches.
Create compelling product collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, videos, demos).
Public Relations & Communications:
Manage media relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives
Build relationships with key industry influencers and journalists
Brand, PR & Communications
Build relationships with media, analysts, and partners to increase visibility.
Drive press releases, thought leadership content, and speaking opportunities.
Serve as the "brand police" -- ensuring all messaging, visuals, and assets consistently reflect our voice, tone, and identity.
Events & Campaigns:
Plan and execute industry events, webinars and tradeshows
Manage integrated campaigns to support lead generation and awareness
Content & Collateral:
Oversee content strategy and editorial calendar.
Work with the content writer and digital marketing manager to produce blogs, case studies, videos, and social media.
Ensure high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across formats.
Marketing Operations:
Own the marketing calendar and campaign execution
Monitor performance metrics and optimize for ROI
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in product marketing, PR, and event management.
Experience in Global B2B tech or startup environments preferred.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (comfortable wearing many hats).
Creative, resourceful, and data-driven.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
