As part of the expansion strategy in Asia, we are looking at an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with strong grasps of the hospitality scene in Hong Kong market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the Global Chains Team, managing comprehensive projects to ensure solutions meet operational excellence, business enablement, and strategic transformation.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members, enhancing productivity and skill development.
  • Own the entire process of acquiring new hotel chains and managing existing ones, aligning with partners\' strategies to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals in assigned accounts (Global Chains), facilitating high-level discussions tailored to their business requirements.
  • Adopt a customer-first approach in all tasks, ensuring that hotel chain content, rates, availability, and products offer optimal value to customers.
  • Handle full account management, including performance monitoring, optimization, workshops, and resolving issues to meet global performance goals, targets, and milestones.
  • Perform data analysis and conduct regular performance reviews with senior leaders of global hotel chains across various regions, ensuring positive financial outcomes.
  • Initiate and expedite regional and global projects to enhance brand recognition, business strategies, and product advantages among hotel chain partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams within the organization, including platform, product, service, and marketing teams, to meet account expectations and maximize results. Map out prospective accounts based on organizational structure, personnel, and existing technology.
  • Execute other tasks as required by business demands.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient in English.
  • Possess a valid work permit/visa for Hong Kong as this position is based in Hong Kong.
  • Hold a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in hospitality, revenue/yield management, or e-commerce.
  • Established connections with Tourism Boards, Hotel Chains, and travel influencers are preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influence skills.
  • Effective problem-solving ability with a logical approach.
  • Capable of delivering professional presentations.
  • Skilled in adapting communication styles to suit various stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of the travel industry and channel distribution.
  • Focused on results and data with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in project and team management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Open to travel as required.
