Your goal is to cultivate a positive company image which leads to revenue directly or indirectly through PR & events
Assist the head of marketing in overall marketing which includes budget planning, offline events, overall marketing strategy & PR
Plan, execute and manage PR release & offline marketing strategy and approach. Lead integrated planning projects.
Work with head of marketing to develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on revenue generation, customer advocacy, and more.
Work across marketing functions (subscriptions, paid marketing and social media marketing) to align with larger marketing objectives
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content and Sales to roll out scaled initiatives
Assist the head of marketing in communication across regional and local teams for creatives, marketing performance & strategy
Manage an internal tracking system to keep track of year-to-date budget expenditure and consolidate details for local and headquarter finance PIC
Edit and update promotional material and publications both internally and externally
Address internal customer service needs resolve friction points with customers
Support in other projects and ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Marketing and Country Manager
To succeed in this role
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or its equivalent.
8 years of work experience within PR, offline media or event marketing
Understanding of overall marketing strategy and identify key drivers of growth
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Positive attitude to work, meticulous and attentive to detail
Collaborative team player that has the business objectives in mind and constantly works toward it
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple on-going projects on time
