Expand a marketing and communications strategy that supports growth objectives.
Confirm best practice digital marketing delivery
Partner with crucial stakeholders within the business units to plan and develop a yearly marketing activity calendar, based on the prioritized initiatives, goals, and activities originating from the strategy.
Convert activity schedule into functional output by quarter and scope the outputs with the marketing delivery teams.
Based on the established criteria structure, commercial value, strategic importance, and capacity planning, prioritize the deliverables and work with the marketing team to support delivery of all the required assets, collateral and campaigns.
Partner with other delivery teams or 3rd party vendors involved in any strategy or output.
Assess marketing plan, KPIs and commercial benefit to ensure successful prioritization and future activity planning.
Finalize and present monthly marketing performance reporting against established KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
Collaborate with central marketing team to create and maintain budgets for marketing strategies
Submit monthly activity reports to ensure strategic objectives are on target, on time and on budget
Build sales pipeline for business unit\xe2\x80\x99s broad range of products and services using marketing services delivery teams\xe2\x80\x99 offering including (but not limited to):
Digital advertising
Lead Generation
Content Generation
Social Media
Print
PR
Trade Shows and Events
Direct Mail
Sales Enablement
Skills and Qualifications
More than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Marketing in APAC
Expertise to create a global and regional marketing strategy to support business KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
Expertise in briefing and enhancing marketing campaigns including paid media (performance, social and search), owned social, email, content, print and PR
Refined communication and presentation skills to present projects, ideas, budgets, and results to crucial stakeholders across all levels.
Highly proficient in English and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with and foster a team-oriented, results-driven culture
Experience managing budgets and range of projects
Understanding of financial analysis and ability to calculate ROI for marketing initiatives to inform strategy, prioritize projects and initiatives in terms of impact to the business
Ability to help business units identify and define customer value propositions for products and services that enhance client offering and support cross-selling objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field.
Good communication skill in English.
Digital marketing experience advantageous.
Experience on both business and agency side advantageous.
Commodities marketing or financial services marketing experience preferred
