Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site Check the structural drawings and architectural drawings together with the M&E drawings for coordination and resolve conflict / problems. Ensure that M&E sub-contractors are issued a set of relevant structural and architectural drawings for their preparation of their shop drawings and issue any subsequent amendment drawings, sketches or information Liaise with sub-contractors on such discrepancies in their drawings and then inform the consultants and Project Manager on regular basis and follow up action until resolved. Monitor and control the progress of M&E subcontractors so that they do not delay the works of trades others and vice versa. Liaise with M&E sub-contractors on production of structural penetration drawings and cast-in items and inform the Project Engineer of such provision at technical meetings

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical | Civil Engineering or equivalent academic qualifications Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in M&E Coordination Must have experience working on High Rise Building Projects A solid team player Able to work in a fast-paced environment
