: * Obtains, compiles, and evaluates quotations from the respective subcontractors / suppliers / vendors according to tender specification and contract requirements * Assist in pr : Obtains, compiles, and evaluates quotations from the respective subcontractors / suppliers / vendors according to tender specification and contract requirements Assist in proper manner to liaise with M&E consultants / Architect / Consultant QS for all the M&E matters and queries involved in the tender Negotiate pricing from subcontractors / suppliers / vendors with most competitive cost Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring, and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process Prepare budgetary for all M&E services for each tender Carries out the detailed breakdown pricing in the excel spreadsheet and prepare for comparison table Review, analyse and interpret Contract / Tender Documents with recommendation for contractual dispute in M&E specification Prepare for all M&E tender submission including fill up Breakdown Of Tender Prices / SOR / STD and etc. Initiate, assist and lead in contractual and Variation management and documentation Assist in setting up and updating of projects budget for every tender addendum received from consultant Prepare for M&E slide presentation Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Experience in Mechanical / Electrical is an added advantage. Recognized Diploma in M&E / Quantity Surveying or other related discipline from reputable institutions. Minimum 5 years working experience in related field familiar with construction contract administration, preferable in M&E maincont / subcont. Demonstrated good letter writing skills in respect of contract / email / report Goon in communication skills and positive working attitude. Provision and external communication Good knowledge of construction related by-laws compliance / COP SS: Excellent use of 'MS Office' especially Excel and Power Point Completed at least one project account finalization An eye to capture critical details and items in understanding drawing convention against BQ Works well under fast-pace environment Detailed and meticulous Takes initiative, proactive, result-orientated, open-minded, team player, work independently. Able to understand in M&E technical and M&E design for each M&E service such as ACMV / ELECTRICAL / PSG / LIFT / FIRE PROTECTION / SWIMMING POOL / PROCESS PIPING / CLEANROOM and etc.
