Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day mall operations, ensuring all systems and facilities are functioning efficiently.
Coordinate and execute maintenance programs to maintain optimal operational levels.
Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget.
Administer and oversee maintenance contracts, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and cost efficiency.
Support the implementation of Asset Enhancement Initiatives, such as tenant renovation and promotional activities.
Manage the cyclical replacement and enhancement of equipment within the mall, coordinating with the procurement team.
Liaise with tenants to address feedback, service requests, and operational needs in a timely manner.
Lead technicians and manage vendor services, ensuring professional standards are met in daily operations.
Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team as a Site Incident Controller or First Aider.
Collaborate with the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team for the review and approval of work permits (PTWs), risk assessments, and safety audits.
The Talent
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and strong interpersonal skills.
Capable of working within tight timelines and handling problem-solving efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to work beyond standard hours and adapt to potential lateral role transitions between asset classes based on business needs.
