Senior Mechanical Design Engineers [semiconductor Industry / Solidworks / Automation Equipment Design]

Job Description
Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio (Techplace II)
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Design & Development
- Responsible for equipment specifications & buyoff
- Able to keep to project schedule and resolve design issues in a timely manner
- Participate actively in assembly, installation, operation and troubleshooting of equipment
- Support service team at customer's site in equipment maintenance & training
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or automation equipment design
- Applicants who have more years of relevant experience will be considered for senior position
- Proficient with 2D/3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
- Able to work after office hours when required
- Able to travel overseas within short notice
