Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying whether an asset requires preventive maintenance, based on risk assessments & asset criticality review, regulatory & statutory requirements, maintenance policies and analysis of the maintenance history
Responsible for determining and adjusting the required preventive maintenance for an asset: specifying what type of preventive maintenance must be performed on a regular basis, possible adjustments based on manufacturers' instructions, legislation requirements, status of warranty
Responsible for identifying with what frequency preventive maintenance work orders must be executed
Identify Capex required based on business or sustainability needs
Execute the Capex projects
Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and / or the integrity of existing installations or structures, and make recommendations on the remedial works needed to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirement
