To lead a team of technicians to conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance work
Handle mechanical repair work (e.g. change of motor bearing, mechanical seal, FCU fan motor, replace pipe fittings etc.)
Understand building mechanical system such as plumbing and sanitary pumping system, fire protection system (sprinkler, hose reel, dry riser system), air con and mechanical ventilation system
Assist TO/Engineer to supervise contractors and vendors on projects, major maintenance, repair, shut down and overhaul works.
Troubleshoot faults, repair and ensure system recovery

Requirements

Atleast a professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
